* REALLY BAD SHARPP PAINS IN MY .. ARE THEY RELATED ..WHAT IS IT?

hi for The past week ive been getting really sharp twinges in my s and they are abit itchy at times then go back to been normal.. also getting this sharp pain behind my belly on and around 1 of my sides.. been getting quite alot of back ache with this.. does anyone else get this or know what it is? x
