I have this problem bad sinus pain and pressure?

Iam pain pills for my sinus pain and pressure and ive been on them for almost a year and my dad dosen't want me on these pain pills he thinks iam addicted and my mom dosen't she supports me i sliped and fell in school and hit my head and broke my nose and i had to get 2 surgerys on my nose and i still always bleed from my nose and get bad sinus pain and pressure and headache my doctor understands my condiction and gives me pain medication vicodin to cope with the pain, My dad used to support me now he dosen't now i would say i am dependant on pain medication cause i gett alot of pain and i even got off of the pain medication for awhile but i still had alot of pain bad cause some people say when your on narcotic pain meds for awhile and you will still have pain so try stopping the medication and you shoulden't have much pain but it was worse. I have to go back to my ENT to see whats up iam just trying to get to the root of the problem i don't want to be on pain medication all the time but my doctor said cause of my condiction you might sometimes even the sun gives me pain a bad migrain. Never used to be like this until the fall i had so many catscans and MRIs. This has been going on for 3 years. It's and the pain only gets worse it's like the program on discovery health mystery diagnosis. I don't know what to do can anyone give me any tips/sugestions.
