What should i do or say to her ?

Okk , trying to cut it short. Met a girl two years ago in school, we both liked each other, texting and msn all the time. I wasnt that confident and by not asking her out i was giving her mixed feelings, she had moved on and said i should do the same. We ended up becoming best friends, spending loads of time together, we were so close i dont know why we never went out. Then college came, i took the same course as her (i wanted to do this course too) , we recently fell out though, over something very small, and then she took it bad and deleted me from msn and facebook. I asked her why she did it, she said because she wanted too. But now things are ok, but its driving me mad :@ . Im in a cl full of girls, we go around the town at break, and she will stare at lads and say wow he's fit whilst im stood next to her, it really got to me, i offered to accompany her around whilst she did some jobs with another friend, she said yehh do what you want, (was expectin thank you) , she kept talking to this other girl, after 10 mins she didnt talk or look at me once, then she asked the other girl how do you do it ? get all the hot men, chatting them up etc, i had to go then or else i would have flipped or cried, i left all of a sudden, she did notice me going, but she wants an explanation. I want to tell her tomorrow when i see her alone, think back to what you were discussing to lucy, i still really like you, and it is killin me when you say things like that, i know i cant stop you. What am i supposed to tell her ? I think she knows i still like her, i told her enough in the past, but it is driving me mad, its everyday now they see a lad the chase after him, as a joke but sometimes it isnt, or might one day not be. After i tell her this how will she react ? Shocked i still like her, mad cos i cant control her and that she thought i moved on too. I dont know what to expect from her, what would you do ????
