Help with elegant outfits?

okay so im going to an elegant convention this weekend, since friday right? i have a black shirt with a burgundy-red sueter? sorry i forgot the word in english haha and a black skirt. what i want to know is about the accesories and make up. I thought of this Rose from titanic style. i see she has very nice hairstyles and well the make up. but i need help! please ive only got 2 days left!
