Long Distance relationship. hawaii?

i had a boyfriend im 17 and i got pregnent i planned on keeping the baby and my boyfriend asked me to marry me before i was pregnent he is in the navy and gotn stationed in hawaii and has been gone since august 7 he broke up with me a couple weeks ago and told me to send the ring back i told hinm he wasnt getting it back until i gave it to him myself in doing so im going down there and regardless of the fact were broken up he still texts me everyday i dont know ? he still pays for my phone bill tooo. I have no idea what to do. should i go down there not knowing if hel take me back or what?
