If the Bulls make the playoffs can they win it all?

I like all the Bulls players. Especially Kirk Hinrich, he's one of my favorite players. Same with Derrick Rose and Luol Deng. But the rest of their players kinda suk, but still I think they can take this if they get in the playoffs, Hinrich is too much for Kobe
