Can anyone identify this mystery music video?

Can anyone identify this music video? I have only seen it once and it is driving me mad. A dark haired girl wearing a white shirt, black trousers and an orange waistcoat with a black top hat (it might have been a bowler hat) dances in front of a curtain while singing a slowish, soft jazz song. At one stage she looks down at a mousehole in her skirting board and we see her, wearing a comical mouse costume, playing a piano. Backing music is played by “robots” which appear to be made of junk, and some of the costumes lying about are animated, and “dance” by themselves. Ten points if anyone can identify it!
