What do i do, pregnant and 16.?

hey im 16 years old and me and my boyfriend are expecting. it wasnt meant to be like this but i got pregnant. he wants to be there for me and he said he'd be with me forever. his exact words were,"i did this to you, and im not going to leave you, i love you and i want to be with you forever." anyways we had our 3rd ultrasound last night and found out were having a boy. when my boyfriend found out, he started to choke up and began to get teary eyed. i asked him if he was ok and he said that this is the most beautiful thing thats ever happened to him and that hes just over emotional cause were 16 and this is kind of a lot to handle. and when we went to bed last night, the baby kicked and my boyfriend put his hand on my tummy when he felt the kick he said he cant wait for our boy to come. are things like this a good thing, him crying, him hoping for the best, a good thing or a bad thing? hel please
