My catagories are set up and I've been sending "category group emails" for months. Now not showing up, HELP!!?

I have multitude of category groups and have been able to type in the category "title" in my BCC to send newsletters. Now for what ever crying out loud reason, they are not showing up. What the heck. Sure hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance
