If homeschooling is banned in California, does that include homework?

You are so intelligent! I forgot all about "homework" that robbed us of valuable family time each night. With 5 kids who all needed some form of help with their homework it was so stressful. Now to think that I wasn't even capable of helping them with it... wow. The idiot lawmakers have really put themselves in a pickle. Homeschooling cannot be banned anywhere until there is but one world order and we all turn to mindless robots with no freedoms.
