How can I publish a 4000-word English literature essay in Canada?

I was in the IB program in high school, and for my Extended Essay I wrote a 4000-word English lit essay about how the protagonists in Willa Cather's short story "Paul’s Case" and Albert Camus's short story "Jonas, or the Artist at Work" ascribe “correct value” to the tedium that surrounds them and how their lives are consequently affected. I received an A for this essay (the highest possible mark in the IB program for the Extended Essay), and my teacher thinks that it should be published. How could I do that?
