From where should i do ACCA (a)London (b)Sydney

i am quit confused among these two city ....i want to do a professional accounting cousrse acceptable world wide tought in london as well as in sydny ........ currently i completed my bcom from banglore....i am an indan citizen from where should i do ACCA(its an international professional accounting course ! )
