Boyfriend fell "out of love" out of nowhere?

well....to make a long story short- ive been with my boyfriend for 2 1/2 years now. we argue and bicker just like any other couple or people.....so he told me that he basically isnt interested in me anymore...he said that he kinda fell out of love for me and doesnt want to date me anymore but still wants to be close friends??? I dont understand him because we always talked about marriage, having a baby, and living together (we were going to move out together in august), we were going to spend our lives together but out of the blue---he lost interest??? (I would like to add the is great, im so ually attracted to him and he is to me too.) so please anybody help???
