12 weeks pregnant, first baby information please?

Im booked in for scan in few weeks but noticed over past few weeks I cant feel the twinges i used to get alot in my left hand side, still have all other symptoms but getting quite worried, i know the baby moves into the middle of your lower stomach so could the baby have moved already.......
